I went shopping in my own yard and found the leaves, pumpkins, and daisy. I wanted to show texture so there is fruit, vegetables, flowers, combined with candles, fires, silver, glass and cloth.

“High Tea” was painted after seeing his lovely teapot in a store window; I knew it was destined to be part of my teapot collection and I just had to paint it.
